Hi, my name is Kristina Alexander. I am the owner and operator of All Star Training.

When I was 2, my parents thought it would be fun to take me to a rental stable to see some horses. That was the day that I realized what I wanted in life. During the summer months, at the age of 12, I began working at the rental stables for free, just to be around these magnificent creatures. When I was 14, I got my first real job, and bought my first horse. Her name was Kandi Bar; she was the most beautiful palomino yearling I had ever seen. Having never taken any lessons or instruction of any kind, I trained the young filly on pure instinct.  I have been teaching and training for over 20 years now.

In addition to my own ranch, I work at a Thoroughbred racehorse facility part time, and have been there since 2004. It is where I learned about the breeding business and the ups and downs in the lives of racetrack horses.

Understanding horses, training, teaching, and riding have always come very natural to me. I feel blessed to know that this is my life’s path, and I am honored to pass my knowledge of these awesome animals on to those who open their minds. I too, am always striving to learn more by attending clinics/lectures, and working closely with vets and other trainers. I don’t believe that there is only one way to train a horse, as they are as individual as we are. I am amazed at how much I still have to learn, and how much horses have taught me throughout my life. I will continue to love and cherish them for as long as I live, and beyond!
