Summer has been with us since she was just a few months old. She was started as a 2 year old and began competing in speed events in the Youth Category at an amature level at the age of 4. When she turned six, we bred her to our stallion and she produced 2 gorgeous buckskin foals. Now, at the age of 10, Summer is returning to her racing career in the OPEN Barrel category. Summer is a very kind and gentle mare and is handled by kids and adults.

Update: After her first season back into racing, Summer has placed 3rd over all for the 2007/08 season in the OPEN/AM category.
